Refund policy

At ADINA, while we strive for perfection in all of our products, we acknowledge that there may be rare instances of faulty products. If you receive a scarf that is faulty, you may request a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order or a replacement can be provided for you.

To initiate a return for a faulty product, please contact our customer service team by emailing sales@adinathelabel.com, and we will guide you through the process. Please note that the cost of the return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to return the product to our warehouse, please contact us and we will provide you with further instructions.

We do not accept refunds for change of mind.
